Room is so small
Location, wifi and nice staf
Location is good, near from kuta beach but room and rest room size is too small for a two person.

Needs tlc
Overall the hotel is in need renovation. Negatives: The cleanliness need to be improved. The linen and towels well overdue for replacement. Positives: location is opposite kuta beach and walking distance to most restaurants and shops

Ho hum. Could be better.
Tour service provided was great value. Roof top bar has a great view. LCD TV with a wide range of good TV channels. Accommodative staff.
The hotel is getting old. It needs a lot of refreshening in terms of maintenance and materials, its all starting to fall apart. Bathroom could be cleaner and less slimy, and less mouldy.

Great value and great staff
I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The staff were gorgeous and the low cost was well worth the spacious room. We had a junior sweet for 3 adults for 10 nights. A couple of things threw me a little, they require full payment up front on check in and a bond for room service so we paid for all meals and drinks with cash. The pool was a bit ho hum and there were no gardens but it is a 3 star after all. Breakfast was a little ordinary but had everything one requires including an egg station, bacon is a special request and has to be paid for and that really wasn't worth it, not nice at all. Meal prices in the hotel are outrageous as they always are. I bought a burger and it was almost $10AUD after taxes. But there are plenty of great local cafe's to eat in with yum Indo food. Everything else is within walking distance - Kuta square and Legian Street etc. Otherwise it was a brilliant stay I and would be more than happy to stay again. Reception were incredibly helpful at every stage, the cleaners were great, nothing was too much trouble. We had had the front desk staff take a photo with us at the end of our stay. Thanks everyone at Best Western it was great.
