Pay Agoda instead of Hotel
It is best that you Agoda when you book rather than paying the hotel as it will be different rate at the hotel specially with the exchange rate.It is also convenient to check out, I paid more than the advertised price of Agoda as the hotel exchange rate is lower and taxes are different. I walked to station which they said was close but it is not really a walking distance. Get a taxi instead.Staff are nice.

the cheapest room still have 2 queen beds, a little waste for couple. the staff are so nice, there are free shuttles too, wonderful!

Meet expectation

Worst customer Service ever
I booked this for my nephew as I was travelling. Used my account and credit card details. Realised that it was payment on arrival so I called customer service and instructed them to make payment from my credit that was used to make a booking and they said it would be done. Received a phone call from the hotel saying they needed a copy of my credit card emailed to them front and back at 10.30pm. I was out in a foreign land and couldn't find the facilities, so asked them to take the details and make an offline payment. The Indian gangster at front desk refused and threatened me because I said it's been done before. Long story short, this rogue should never work in customer services. My cousin then emailed his credit card, but what are the security threats of giving such a person your card details?

Located near KL Sentral Station
Located near KL Sentral station however it is not possible to walk there. A 5 min taxi ride is still required as Ramada Plaza is opposite the highway. Not much amenities around the area but the rooms are clean and spacious. Would recommend for short business trip travellers

In the middle of no where
The worst thing about this hotel is that without a car, it is inaccessible. There are no restaurants or cafes or shops nearby. The floor in my room was sticky near the work desk, and interestingly the desk has no free power socket for my laptop. The WiFi speed was also pathetic. To be fair, it would be good as a hotel for organised tour groups, but for business traveller like myself, I would steer clear the next time.

The air conditioner grill rattled the whole night. The next morning at 9 am I called to have it fixe
No one did...at 1 pm I called again...at 6 pm I called ...still NO ONE CAME! It was fixed the next day after I talked to the cleaner! No hand towels on the first night. Walls are very thin...my neighbour were teenagers who screamed all the time. Luckily they stopped when I complained to the front desk. The Transport company assigned to this hotel are the worst! They wanted to charge us Rm$360 to go to the airport. I protested. She changed it to $240. I took the Grab Taxi for RM$72. Scammers!

Excellent hotel close to KL Sentral.. Good value for money
My first stay at Ramada Plaza was indeed a positive experience. Good location at 500m distance from KL Sentral. Pleasant and helpful staff. Big and comfortable room and a good buffet breakfast. As it comes at very reasonable price, this is indeed excellent value for money
