Tired but happy
Just accross the Imbiah Station for the monorail..very conveniet location.

My review 1. Location is good, it can be reached anywhere within sentosa since monorail just opposite the hotel. 2. Need more attention, so many maintenance but should focus more on guest and do not make guest disturbed due to maintenance. During our trip, there is escalator fixing. 3. Bathroom is so transparant and other people can see what people are doing in the toilet and bathroom from living room and bedroom.

Rates are bit pricey
Rooms are smaller than expected. But cleanliness and service warms the whole staycation we had.

Great location and great for kids
We stayed here because of the location, great for families who want to do evberything in sentosa. The staff here are very professional and a little dry. The buffet was tasty and the food was satisfactory but surprisingly small for a 5star hotel. I am a seasoned traveller and been to many 5star hotels, nothing wrong with this hotel...satisfactory overall, maybe i just expected too much when seeing its 5star rating?

Staycation at Le Meridien (heritage premier room) - 17/06 to 19/06
Overall, satisfactory stay, except for a few highlighted areas. 1. Checkin Long queue at check in on 17/06, afternoon ard 3pm. Apparently, there were guests checking out and checking in, and the limited counter staff seems to be overwhelmed. 2. Power trip - 18/06, 2am+ Power trip at early morning on 18/06, and except for a backup light or two, everything else was off, including aircon. Pretty stuffy and the power only came on abt 45min ltr , ard 3am. 3. Breakfast at hotel Long queue at 'Latest Receipe' - happens both mornings on 18/06, 19/06. Need to wait abt 10min b4 given a table.
