It was a serene stay
Helpful staffs, direct view to paddy field, lax ambiance

It was a pleasant stay. I stayed only for 1 night, with my mom (quite disable) and my aunt. This is personally my first stay in Ubud area. The good thing was, the hotel sign was quite big and easy to spot, so it was not hard to find the hotel.
Once we arrived, the staff was helpful, and the check in process was swiftly done. The only problem was my mom is quite disable, and I could not get a room close enough to the hotel entrance. The staffs said that I did not mention this special need in my order, well ok it's my bad. The other thing that is quite disappointing to me was, at that time I just found out that the room is two stories, in which on the first floor there is only bathroom & toilet, and on the second floor there's the bedroom... I did not know this prior the booking, and it was actually disappointing because my mom is quite disable. I tried to probe and asked for another room, and it was fully booked, there was no spare room. Well, it's ok. Maybe the hotel should put this information on the website so I know what to mention on my order.
I also had a spa treatment there, was nice, the masseuse was friendly and the massage was good. Overall, the staff were really helpful and friendly, this needs to be highlighted. I enjoy my stay there.

Nice and cozy, it makes me forget all the troubles

Biyukukung has very good price with fantastic terrace view. Living here you will forget every trouble and noise of your city life. Tranquilty is best healing for you tired heart. Every night you sleep with the frog songs and every morning you wake up with bird sings. Breakfast doesn't have many choices but they cooked it nice and delicious, when you sit at the restaurant near the terrace every morning you will feel like living in a paradise. The location is very close to Monkey Forest and Ubud Palace, walking distance to the market, too. It's easy to walk to the street and check out those nice stores and shops. There's a COCO supermarket nearby so you don't have to worry about your daily supply of snack and drinks. It's beside the famous Bebek Bengil and Pundi Pundi, other restaurants are also cheap and delicious. For Chinese tourists, it's also convenient to walk to the popular Zen Spa. Staying here is a really nice experience.

Nice nature view, nice swimming pool, Good staff.

It's just beside the city. So stay here for relaxing, rent a bike or motorcycle to travel.
It's easy as ABC.

wait too long for breakfast because of the group tour before us. limited breakfast. many insects especially in bathroom, i found a centipede, so scary. not practical because the bathroom is downstair and i have to go down everytime.

Relaxing and a welcome change

Biyukukung Suites was a great place to stay in Ubud. We stayed 4 nights and it was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle in Kuta. The staff was friendly and assisted us in making several reservations for activities, including river rafting, elephant safari park, cooking class, and a silver making class. We will be staying there again!

Peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful view

We only stayed one night in a pool access room, but it was lovely. It was a lot of walking and stairs to get to - we were at the back - but it was so worth it for the view. It was really quiet and peaceful too. Wonderful.
