Save a lot of time in logistic, close to the shopping malls, restaurants. You don't need a car if you stay in this hotel. Easy to get everything downstair of the hotel 24/7. I will suggest my friends to come to this hotel in their coming trips!

I told them I was in our honey moon and birthday, they gave me a big upgrade room, 2 stories!!With a big massage chair!
Staffs are friendly, too. I ask them so many questions include how to go to local school to where to buy birthday cake...they answer all my strange questions.

The location was good. There is a great alley of restaurants and small shops that runs across 6 blocks literally outside. Odori Park is only 3 blocks north.
A few things to note: the rooms are small. Don't try and spend too much time in a double room with your significant other. It feels like you are sharing a very comfortable room that is less than twice the width of a small double bed. You may start to hate each other a little bit by the end.
There is a lot of other good to say about the place. The family mart on the first floor is pretty great. The staff will clean the room pretty much any time between 10am and 2pm. The place is very clean. And if you get a good discount, very affordable. Just be sure you have plenty planned to do during the day.
