Luxushotelli täydellisellä palvelulla
Täydellinen hotelli jokaiseen makuun, ei liian businesmainen
erittäin näyttävä hotelli ja kympin palvelua. huoneet siistejä ja moderneja. paras aamiainen minkä olen missään syönyt. retket hoituvat helposti hotellin kautta ja opas oli todella hyvä. minulla ei ole mitään huonoa sanottavaa midas- hotellista. menisin uudestaankin!

Great place, great food, awesome service.
We stayed here on the last night of our three week trip in the Philippines. It was a great way to end our trip and our night stay was very, very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best we had our whole trip, and the room was very homely. We paid extra to stay a bit later, as our flight wasn't until 8pm. The staff were very accommodating and very polite. When we come back to Manila, we will stay here again

Having my holiday in Manila
This is the four time I had been staying with Midas The staff is good and nice and do all the ways to assist your needs . the buffet breakfast is good every morning location is near the airport and the room that I have was big for Junior Grande . Cleanliness only some part of it like not so clean and the old staff that know me well are very welcome me having to stay at their hotel .

Lovely Hotel - Great Location
I always enjoy my stay at the Midas, the Hotel is clean with good facilities and friendly staff, it's also centrally located in Pasay City and it provides free shuttle service to Mall of Asia.

There is still room for improvement
First of all, they gave me a free upgrade from Executive Room to One Bed Room Deluxe, and I really appreciated that. But there are also many other things that are disappointing during this stay. I put a remark in my Agoda booking that I need an airport transfer from hotel to airport upon check-out. I re-confirmed it with the check-in staff, and she passed a note about my flight and leaving time to a Concierge/ Transportation staff. However, upon check-out, the staff was clueless when I asked about my transport arrangement. She asked the Transportation guy and seemed like they had no record of my booking. I then told her again about my requirement and as I made payment, I thought they should have started making the arrangement already. But when I passed the check-out card to the Concierge guy, he asked me again if I book a transfer. I said yes, and then he went back to the Check In/ Out counter to check with them again. Then he called the driver. Excuse me people, I have an early flight to catch! I never had such a terrible service in all my business trips! Can you please ensure that your communication is done properly? On a side note, I can't connect to their Wi-Fi in my room using my phone. And the water in the bathroom is not hot enough and can be very weak sometimes. The toilet was not clean properly when I checked in, and I could still see some "water" (clean or not) on the toilet bowl and on the floor next to it.

A+ credit to the Frontdesk staff which polite and attentive. Similar to the coffee house staff too.
Attentive, patience & polite - key factor for a successful organization especially in service & hospitality market segment.
