Good reflexology at end of Siam St (exit hotel and turn left and walk 10 mins). Lots of Hawker food at Lorong Selamat area. 9,7 Hotel staff was friendly and gave local tourist tips. Clean and well maintained hotel and good price. Nearby access to shopping centres, Penang local hawker food within 10-30 mins walk. Will stay again in next Penang visit.

Amazing host taking care of his guests The attentive male receptionist enjoying his work, clean rooms and free internet access 9,3 The Hotel is bit far way from the city centre so you walk up to 15 minutes to a next bus terminal. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service of choosing your own pillows is awesome. The male receptionist was amazing, attentive and so well prepared for international guests! He was outstanding and made the stay memorable. He prepared a presentation for all sightseeing spots including all important information one would need. I really liked the food and dish explanations plus his personal restaurant or food stall recommendations. His English was very good making a conversation easy and enjoyable. Thank you for the strawberries!

Good customer services reasonable price, friendly stuff, cozy room 7 It is really a big surprise when the stuff asked us to choose our "dreaming partner"-- a pillow, we did have a good sleep with our pillows. The room is small but it is clean and cozy, location is good and stuff did her good job in giving direction and suggestion to us on our travel. The only problem is the limited parking lots provided in this hotel. anyway, it is still a good choice to stay.

Grupid Malaysia, 17. märts 2013. a.	great stay friendly & helpful staff, clean, great travel information 8 this is the best service of the hotel front desk i ever met. friendly & helpful staffs which provides all the necessary travel information not only with the brochures but also showing the pictures and details of the places on their desktop including explanation. i was surprise with the attentive service by providing different type of pillows according to guest's preference. it's a hotel stay with value for money except the limited parking.
