By knowing it was my birthday, the friendly staff at Ritz Carlton made me a birthday card with birthday wishes from their staff and I get a free complimentary cake too. The staff are friendly, cheerful and their service are Excellent! the room is huge too with an awesome view. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN!

All the staff were wonderful, polite and friendly. The only draw back was that there was renovations ongoing on the New Exec Club on 32nd floor, we were informed it would be noisy during the day but work would only be from 10am to 6pm. Sunday morning it started at 08am. Not good.

I booked this hotel coz it was my boyfriend's bday.. Guest Relation Officer did a spendid job by surprising my boyfriend with a cake and a card. She made us feel really welcomed and was very attentive.. Wherever we went we were greeted with smiles from the staffs. Excellent customer service. The rooms were so spacious with awesome view. Love the bathroom! Comfortable bed n pillows! I would and will def recommend this hotel to everyone! Worth the money! I will def come back to stay at The Ritz Carlton!!
