Very central to all the destination, like walking to central of the shopping location, 3-5 min walk to the main train station.
Can't be avoid is the noise during the weekend. happening all night long along the street if your room located facing to the main road with noise. Really a nightmare. So avoid the room facing the main road

We did enjoy the hotel, but the surrounding area was a bit seedy (red light area in next block). I would probably stay elsewhere in future.
