Great location but terrible customer service

Great location
I had a pleasant stay here. Location was great, but customer service was appalling. There was no room service at all. Guesthouse manager was almost non-existent.
Hotel Feature Tip: Haha good luck

Great option for an extended stay or a weekend

rfid entrance, key rooms, washing machine, ensuit bathroom, location
this guesthouse is about 5 minutes from the sinchon subway exit 8. on the quiet side of the neighborhood. many things to do on the northern side of the neighborhood. food, shopping, etc. you are on your own for this location. you rent a room and that is it. there is no office or language services available. great for a solo/independent traveler who wants a nice room and bed with no hassle.

Convenient location but small rooms.

Easy to locate following previous reviewer's instruction. Very basic room. Small. Clean. No bed sheets. No free water. Shower hose next to wash basin.

Good Location

I stayed for 10 nights and found the location to be quite good. The room was very small, but that is to be expected for a budget hotel in Seoul. There was a small kitchenette and a washing machine in the room, which made a longer trip easier to manage. Internet was spotty at times. The staff is pretty much non-existent as this is more of a studio apartment than a hotel. There is no cleaning service or front desk like a regular hotel, so do not expect help with tourist questions.

Great location with awesome room facilities

Near to subway and convenient store, free wifi, clean
guesthouse was easy to locate. after exiting out of the subway from exit 8, walk forward and on the intersection where joy coffeehouse can be seen (should be second left), turn left into the alley. you should pass a gs25.. do not turn.. continue walking until the next intersection where a bbq restaurant can be seen. turn right and walk for about 2 min and you will see a small sign stating "eureka guesthouse". food can be easily bought around the guesthouse although breakfast is not provided. room was extremely clean. although rubbish needs to be sorted and cleared by occupant. considering the price and convenient location, it was worth it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Travel around Bukchon. It is a place where old houses of South Korea are still preserved.

Nice room at good location

For the first time I stay in a single room with washing machine, it is impressive..I like the facilities arrangement in the room.. The hostel is only 5 to 10 minutes walk from the airport express bus station and Sinchon subway station. The owner of the hostel also very kind and helpful.

Great location and superb services

Great location(very closed to subway station)
This hotel is located very closed to Sinchon subway station, less than 5 min.walk.Easy to access with Arex(just a station away from Hongik station)and airport bus.The room is also very nice and comfortable, you'll have everything you want such as cozy bed,tv,toilet, fridge, wired and wifi internet, pantry and washing machine. But most of all the staffs are very nice and friendly^^ especially Mr.Park.I'll choose this hotel again next time i come back to Seoul.
Shopping Tip: Sinchon is very closed to Edae and Hongdae , i enjoy shopping so much. There are many cute shops for girsl and also good pub for boys and girls.

Everything I needed

modern, heated floors, good bathroom, private.
Welcoming, and private, the guesthouse was in a great location, close the the train station and other shops and places I needed. Inside it had everything I needed from a fresh and clean bathroom and heated floors, to internet access and even a washing machine. They have towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer and even a hair brush. I was very pleased with the apartment and I was very safe. I would easily stay there again.
Nightlife Tip: Go to Hongdae (next stop after sinchon) great nightlife

Simple, comfortable Korean-style studios

Room included a refrigerator w/ freezer, washing machine, computer; Great location
Located a 5 minute walk away from Sinchon station but bring a map and follow it religiously because there is no English writing on the outside of the building and Korean addresses don't use street numbers. Better yet, bring a picture of the hotel so you can recognize the building when you see it. To check-in, you have to first enter the building and then knock on either the first door to your right or left. There is no traditional front, check-in desk like at a hotel. Other than that, rooms were comfortable and clean. They are designed for long-stay guests so each room is more like a studio has a refrigerator, stove, washing machine and PC. Practical for a single traveler, maybe a little too small for couples. Each room included a small bathroom with shower. The shower head is an extension of the sink faucet so there is no separate, enclosed shower. Its Korean style and anybody familiar with that style would have no problem staying here.
Nightlife Tip: Loads of bars and restaurants located a short walk away.
