Just Slight Above Average Rate

Good Location, Covenience to shop, foods and transport.

Bath-tub's water out-flow slow, which might caused by congestion in the pipe-line. Otherwise, it is a good stay with 7.5 rating.

Never again
3.3
Have stayed before and it just seems to get worse Will not be returning they had the cheek to charge £5 to park and that's every day you stay The hotel is over run with foreign students I felt sorry for them staying in such a poor hotel. The room I stayed in felt like a prison sell no window the beds were uncomfortable and blankets waiffer thin shower dirty It's a shame was happening to a once grand old building. My advice is pay a bit more and get a better hotel

the staff is horrible

the executive room and the value for money
3.3
i love the executive rooms on the 4th floor... the staff is horrible and the management should seriously review their training. there s probably just one or two really nice staff which is the lady with the really short hair and who works night and the big security guard. the other staff is absolutely terrible.

Not great for families with small kids

friendly staff, cheap car parking nice building (from outside)
4.7
Initially impressed with first impressions of building outside, however let down once I walked down the lobby to room 45 as it was dimly lit and the room was not vacuumed well and the bed sheets has some crumbs on it. Although I could overlook this (for London standards), not happy at all as I had kids and it was their health I was concerned about. Stayed 2 nights with my wife, her brother and two kids and in the end her brother started to itch a lot and one of the other kids had what looked like herpes on the side of his lips!! Not impressed at all! Although staff were quick to reduce the radiators down in the room on the first night (thank you), the room still not looked like its been vacuumed and also the bed sheets looked like they just been tucked neatly and thats it. The ensuite toilet extractor fan not working and also as the room is a level down, I could hear the workmen working onsite which didn't make it relaxing before sleeping. **Best thing about the hotel is the friendly staff and decently priced parking for London and thats it, everything else was a let down**.
