Not bad for just staying.
Big window. Good price.

Very old and does not have good atmosphere.
It is sure a student accommodation, and sometimes loud till late.
This hotel is good for just staying. There is a big supermarket near (of course closed on Sunday) and very big park in front. But it is a bit far, about 20 min by tram from Jakominiplatz. In addition, the room is not so clean, just normal. This is a student accommodation and there is a kitchen in public space (or in the corridor). Sometimes they talk till late in the public space. But the staffs are very friendly. You can have a simple breakfast, too.

You have to take a bus that takes at least 20 minutes to the hotel, which is definitely a student dorm! The room was basic and clean though and the staff very friendly and helpful. But when I asked them how to get to the train station, they forgot to tell me the crucial fact that the bus going to the railway station does not go the same route as the bus coming from the station to the hotel!! So I took the wrong route to the station and missed the train!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : don't stay there if you're looking for extra comfort and convenient location, but the price is attractive.
