Good location but uncomfortable service

I stayed Innsbruck ,beautiful city. During my stay from Sep 20to21 it snowed and very cold but room was not warm. When I checked out, desk did not open even it was 8:00am , I had no time to take train but employee came round late.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Stay sunny day!

Great Location but small room.
Reception understand english. Hotel location very close to the Tourist spot, but 15 mins walk from Train station.

受付がレストランになっておりわかりにくい。朝食付きだが早朝の出発だというと、朝食分だけまけてくれた。クレジットカードが使えず現金のみ。
