Perfect for a family as its close to old town, close to mountains for walking or skiing and full of cafes for coffee and deserts! I can't comment on evening meals as we ate out but breakfast was wonderful with a great selection. Even my fussy child found plenty to eat at the buffet. The waiter in the bar was excellent very good service as were the restaurant staff. However, the reception ladies could do with some training on customer services as dealings with them left you feeling they really saw you as just another tourist! Room lay out was really good as it's spacious. Pool and sauna area on ground floor was fantastic after a day out and about in the cold air walking. Really great hotel in a perfect location.
