Location was very central within walking distance to the main train statio, as well as the historic district. If you do not have your own laptop, the internet service is 9 Euros per hour. Most hotels have a computer in the lobby where internet access is for free. Overall, I am satisfied with the value I got for the price of the room. The hotel is clan, centrally located, and the staff was friendly. At first I thought the room would be noicy, because there was a lot of traffic on the street outside of my room and the window was open when I came in. However, when I closed the window it was perfectly quiet.

Nice staff. Good location. The rooms would not meet the standard expected of a 4stars hotels. The rooms were very Spartan decorated. The hotel offers a genuine Austrian atmosphere and you get a real sense of Austria. The various dining rooms are decorated in typical details and you can also get some of the hotel's history. Gästegarten was a nice and quiet place with good staff. All in all, the hotel is typical of an Austrian city.
