An expensive expirence with dirty rooms

When we fist arrived in this hotel I found a bug on my bed, looking suspiciously like a bedbug. The room was also really really dirty. The friendly staff helpt us change our room. This room was also very drity, and with this I mean that ther was visible dust everyware and rotten strawberries in the fridge ( probably from another guest?).
The hotel has nothing to affer apart from the nice skybar and a nice breakfast (also with very friendly staff). The rooms are and the hotel in general is of much lowar standard than you would expect from the price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The innsbruck zoo is really nice to visit.

A little pricey for this hotel but overall was a comfortable stay. Would be ideal if there's an electric kettle in the room.
