This traditional, family-run hotel located right in front of the train station is perfectly located and has individually themed rooms.Just 200 meters from the main bus and train stations, many of the city’s landmarks are within easy walking distance.Mozart’s birth home, Hohen Salzburg Fortress, Mirabell Palace, as well as the Messe Zentrum Salzburg and the Salzburg Congress exhibition and convention centers are all less than one and a half kilometers away.Those wanting to soak up the history can choose from four museums within a kilometer and a half of the hotel, while a 20 minute walk will bring you to the shopping precinct of the old town.

We were a bit scared by the location of the hotel.
We had to wait for almost 20 minutes as there was only one girl at the counter and she was on the phone for 20 minutes even with our appearance. We have booked a superior room, so we thought it would at least be more superior than a normal standard room.
They installed us into a really small unbreathable 'steaming hot" and "noisy"room; We couldn't sleep for the entire first night. So when we complained to them, they readily informed us that we need to pay more for air conditioned room, and we finally get one by paying 5 more Euroes; Such approach was so disappointing even though we did booked so-called superior room... and we appeared with child at 2 year old.Therefore, we feel like hunted pray for them. The point is if they want to make more money, they could simply state it at beginning; letting us sleep through such a suffering evening after long journey was indeed lack of consideration.
