Good breakfast but small rooms.

When we arrive nobody there, only the maid and the key in envelope with the letter. the hotel in renovate no elevator. the room is ok, small but comfortable.

We arr in the raining day, no front staff but maid can help us, no elevator ( i think the hotel will renovate some part )we stay @ 2 floor but mean that u walk to 3 floor, room is nice , suitable and clean. We enjoyed breakfast in next morning. So equal to the price.
Restaurant Tip:
When u arr the hotel, u will see the restaurant beside, if u would like to try the buffet, kindly check the price for sure.

Small room but accessible by bus

the hotel is located on vogelweiderhof street. you can get on bus no. 26 to city center and other city attractions such as mirabel garden, shopping street, mosart house, fortress etc. salzburg card is the best choice to explore salzburg.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Salzburg card is highly recommended to explore Salzburg. You can get from your hotel or tourist information center. Salzburg card is available 24 hours or 48 hours.

Poor in all respects. Do not stay here.

We arrived and we were put into the wrong room type ( share with friends instead of 2x doubles ). 2: there was no staff to help at night when we arrived . 3: the contact phone did not work . The Internet did not work. The breakfast was average at best.contrary to our wishes and without our knowledge or supervision the staff moved our belongings new rooms and mixed our belongings up with that of our friends. Staff did not speak English well and probably caused the above. There was no dedicated hotel Parking ( parking in a lane ). The bill was messed up and we were double charged. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in many years of international travel.. The hotel was being renovated and mattress and furniture were left in the halls. There was no security at all.. I would rate this 1/10

我们是5月30日下午到达酒店，虽然只住一晚，但是饭店管理留给我们很好的印象。卫生和环境都很好，交通便利，可以免费停车。特别是免费早餐很丰盛，有火腿和鸡蛋，多种饮料，牛奶。非常不错。相比其他包早餐的饭店好多了。

Salzburg este un oras eminamente turistic si-l voi vizita de cate ori am ocazia. Sejurul a fost foarte placut si ne-am simtit extraordinar.
