Great location and service
Location to Old Town and the shopping district, very helpful staff

we chose this hotel due to its proximity to the old town and the fortress and it didn't disappoint. all of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. parking in this area is an issue although the star inn offers secure underground parking for per night. the room was comfortable and fine for a short stay. overall, we thought this hotel offered good value for money given the general cost of things in salzburg.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
On a Sunday, parking is free provided that you park in an area marked with blue lines. At other times, these areas are for short stays only (up to 90 minutes)

Modern well kept hotel with minimalist features

the location of the hotel is through the tunnel just above the old part of salzburg which is within a few minutes easy walking distance. it has a tram stop immediately outside with trams that run to the airport and to the railway station and to the centre of the city. breakfast at the hotel cafe is good and comprehensive but not exactly cheap. the staff are helpful and friendly and d there is complimentary internet access available. the rooms are minimally furnished but very clean and with excellent en-suite bathrooms.

Good location and new hotel rooms

This was a nice hotel with a good location near all the city attractions. It is a good starting area to explore the city. Amenities were provided for, and service staff were friendly. The rooms were good enough to make you feel relaxed in. while providing you the comforts you need after a long day.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros del centro. Se puede ir caminando perfectamente, lo único es que hay que atravesar por un tunel peatonal, que tal vez la primera impresión da un poco de miedo, pero es muy seguro y se puede pasar tanto de día como de noche a cualquier hora (comprobado). La comodidades del hotel están bien, la habitación es normal, el baño es amplio y el mobiliario es bastante nuevo. El único punto en contra es el desayuño que no está incluido en el precio y si queres desayunar te cobran unos 12 o 15 euros por persona (me pareció un poco caro). Pero el resto de las cosas muy bien.

料金が比較的安くて、便利なロケーションでした。
ホテルのフロントの人がとても親切で、質問に気持ちよく答えてくれました。
旧市街に行くのにトンネルを通るのが不安でしたが、きちんとライトのついた歩道があって、安心でした。
Nightlife Tip:
祝祭劇場まで歩いて７～８分で、音楽会に夜出かけても歩いてホテルに戻れるのでとても便利でした。
旧市街にも徒歩圏なので、とても便利なロケーションでした。

โรงแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลจากแหล่งท่องเที่ยว สามารถเดินเท้าไปยังสถานที่ต่างๆได้สะดวก ห้องพักสะอาด สงบเงียบ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกปานกลาง ไม่มีมินิบาร์ ถือว่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์ปานกลาง จุดเด่นคือ พนักงานต้อนรับใส่ใจให้คำแนะนำและให้บริการตามที่ร้องขอ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี รู้สึกประทับใจเมื่อเทียบกับที่อื่นๆ

เมืองท่องเที่ยวที่มีผู้คนมากมาย บรรยากาศคึกคักสนุกสนาน โดยเฉพาะกลางคืนมีเทศกาลบ่อย ทำให้มีนักท่องเที่ยวไม่ขาดสาย และเดินทางในเมืองอย่างปลอดภัย สะดวกสบายดี มีบรรยากาศที่น่าประทับใจ
