Well equipped, comfortable, convenient apartment

the location is within walking distance to u-bahn and bus stop which is very convenient for me and only take 2 u-bahn stops to vic. plenty of small restaurants nearby but the apartment comes with amenities for cooking with spar just across the street. the apartment is quite spacious and clean.

静かな場所にある。部屋が広い。滞在設備が整っている。

ウィーンの中心地からは少し離れた閑静な住宅街にある。しかし最寄駅からは近く、目の前にスーパーがあるので便利。到着時刻が遅くなりセルフチェックインをする場合には、ホテルの看板がないため、外壁に記された番地を元にアパートを探す必要がある。部屋は清潔で、冷蔵庫やオーブン、食洗器等が完備されたキッチン＆ダイニングルームとベッドルームがある。シャワールームにはドラム式洗濯機が設置されているため、長期滞在に適している。調理する際、電熱調理機であるため火加減が難しいこと、火災報知器が反応しやすいことに注意が必要である。管理人は別の場所に住んでいるが、メールやスカイプ等で連絡を取れば、親切に対応してくれる。
