Stay in this one of a kind national monument to the Biedermeier architectural style of 18th century Vienna, now a 31 room. The Am Brillantengrund’s lovely planted inner courtyard provides a pleasant spot to take your breakfast or relax after a city adventure to Vienna’s main shopping street – the Mariahilferstrasse – which is a mere five minute’s walk away or to the Museums Quartier – about 20 minutes on foot. Rooms are minimalist but include private shower and toilet and internet access.

A lovely hotel, near everything
Close to shopping, transport, theaters,museums. nice room,good breakfast.

The room was sparkling clean, perhaps this explains the name of the hotel. Although the area is central it is quiet. The staff is friendly, breakfast good and price reasonable. I will certainly come back next time I am in Vienna, although I am afraid that if everyone gives it such a good review it will be all booked up then. Can't find anything to criticize.

Although the location is a bit far from the main train stations, it can be easily accessed by Tram.
Staffs are very friendly and knows about Vienna well.
Rooms are very clean.
