Good breakfast, clean room.

The rules of the hotel are peculiar.

It is very central, good breakfast.

Travel tip : There is a metro nearby

It is clean and nice.

The breakfast could be better.

The rules of the hotel are a little peculiar but still it is a nice hotel.

Location : Near the subway and not far from city center (inner ring)

quite old and the guest rooms are a bit small

If you're travellers who require for stylish room with modern facilities, this hotel is not a good choice. However if your requirement are just only to have the room in a good location, I think that this hotel is one of the good value of money.

A good hotel, far away from a 4-star level, more close to a 3-star, but much better comparing with the similar hotels situated in Paris or London. The price is very good and the breakfast is really great, breakfast is 4-star with no doubt. The rooms are quite small (at least the one we had)

Noisy

There seems to be no air conditioning in the room, but once open the window, cars passing on the road in front of the hotel is very noisy. People who sensative to noise or temp. should avoid this hotel.

Nice and cozy. Great food at breakfast.

A little bit far from the vity center but not a big deal I guess.

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it seemed better than last time.

Nice and cozy hotel. Breakfast was great.

A little bit far from the city but no big deal.

The hotel is near one of my favourite restaurants so I prefer to stay here most of the time.

Clean rooms. Good food. Excellent location.

Rooms kind of small. A bit noisy at times, because it is on the main street.

I stayed there for four nights and enjoyed it. It is conveniently located, very near a U-Bahn station and a short ride to the South train station and the airport. Nice, clean (albeit small) room. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is on the main street and this makes it a bit noisy at times, but it is tolerable. Breakfast was good. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. I would definitely stay there again.

i liked all the amazing helpful staff, who always meets us with a smilling face and was very helpful, and the location was perfect very close to the under ground and trams, just 30 minuets walk to old vienna and shopping centers. what i don't like is the cleanning services. the only week point is that they didn't clean the room, they just collect the toilet paper and didn't clean the floors pieces of biscuits that fall down the floor and the pieces of papers stayed there for the 5 days and no one clean it

Location is good and close to S-Bahn station, easy to reach most of the tourist spots. Hotel staff is friendly too!

Be aware of the TV remote control!! My husband pressed the "Pay TV" button on the remote control by mistake and we have to pay 16 Euro for the charge. We've explained to the hotel staff that it was pressed by mistakes and switched back to normal channel after few seconds, but the staff said we still have to pay the Pay TV charge.

Honestly it is not fancy hotel with high class decoration, but it's definitely a clean, tidy, convenience and comfortable hotel which can provide basic necessaries with reasonable room rate! Worth to stay in this hotel and I will book it again if I have a chance to go to Vienna in future.

-reception,restaurant,closed to city center. -city clean,organised,excelent timing and conection of trams,buses and U.

-one of the breakfast waiteress very rude,she don't speak english -somewhere in the room is dust.

-It was my first time in Viena and I was fscinated about this city. -Regarding hotel : very nice hotel,excellent position,3 tram station to the heart of the city,the personel of the reception were very nice,nice rooms,excellent food,excelent breakfast set-up,but one waiteress talk only in german and she told us many words with bad accent.....like we did something wrong.I asked to talk in english but she continued to talk in german.....it was very funny or.....Also in rooms were some place with dust...maybe I am little bit critic cause I am working in 5stars hotel in Bucharest. Final impresion was GOOD.

For the first time in Viena I can say it was very nice and I like the hotel. We liked the hotel is closed to city center...very nice conection with trams and U and buses.The reception staff very nice,excellent food,nice set-up,staff very nice ,appart one waiteress who speaks only german,also some dust in the room.

It was the first time for me in Viena.I like very much this city and also nice hotel. Reception staff are very helpfull. We like also the position of the hotel. Is good connection with the bus,trams and U from hotel to city center.One waiteress shoult speak english.Somewhere in the room I saw dust.

Far from downtown, shopping areas

After a transatlantic trip from JFK I arrived from a 40 minutes ride from the Airport to the Hotel. It was very accesible from the train shuttle from the airport. The recepcionist was expeditive and courtoise. I have requested a non smoking room that was waiting for me. Clean bathroom, but not spacious. Enough for a shirt stay in Vienna.

Search around for other hotels, as there are far more better hotels than this in the area and also cheaper.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the trams and the metro, which are very easy and cheap to use. These will take you to all the places you want to see.
