Hotel Description

Fans of the famed Vienna State Opera needn’t stay anywhere else as the Papageno is just a tune away (700 meters to be exact) from the Opera’s front steps. Guests can reach all of the inner city’s main sights within 15 minutes by foot through an area full of restaurants, and café’s, and small shops. Excellent public transport facilities are nearby for those wishing to conserve some energy for a night at the Opera. The building housing the hotel is traditional and well kept so as to preserve its noble character. Its 50 rooms are wood floored and decorated with antiques but come with all the modern standards as well including private bathroom with bath or shower / WC with hair-dryer, direct dial telephone, radio, satellite TV, and mini-bar.
