Right next to the famous Naschmarkt, Vienna’s oldest street market, this elegant Art Nouveau hotel is only a few minutes from the historic city center.

The Austria Trend Ananas Hotel in Vienna is directly in front of the Pilgrimgasse underground station and within easy walking distance of the Stephan’s Cathedral and the Opera House. The railway station is only two kilometers away and the airport is 20 kilometers from the hotel. The hotel has spacious, elegantly furnished rooms with satellite TV and well maintained bathrooms. Internet access is available in the rooms and free wifi internet access is available in public spaces. The Johann Strauss café serves freshly baked pastries and the Zum Moser restaurant, celebrating the famous Austrian actor Hans Moser, serves Austrian and international specialties.

Our daily "Happy Hour" is from 6.30 p.m. until 7.30 p.m. where you can enjoy a variety of cocktails at half price, a lot of other drinks are also lower priced. Another possibility for a relaxed evening is to have a glass of wine from one of Austria's well known winegrowers.

Very good location, very close to subway station of green line. Close to Naschmarkt.

Old hotel, unfriendly staff, non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

Nice hotel that needs to be fixed up to earn the 4 stars it says it is. The reception staff were pretty unfriendly (all of them). The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The breakfast was OK but not 4-star. The location is very good, very close to a subway station of the green line that takes you right to the center or to Schönbrunn. Also close to Naschmarkt which is very nice.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk to Naschmarkt on Saturday morning and see the flee market. Take the green line to Schönbrunn and discover this magnificent castle. Or take the green line in the other direction and take a walk in the Stadtpark and then walk in to the center. Take a Heurigen tour, they can book it in the reception.

Excellent location, near metro rail. Excellent cuisine.

Noisy during breakfast for large groups of tourists

After a long trip from US I found that the hotel was very well located for access to the Vienna metrorail system. The business line for quick registration is very useful and the concierge very kind. The cuisine is also excellent, rooms are silence. Close to typical Viennese restaurants in the area.

Location not very close to main attractions, but adjacent subway station gives quick access (2 to 3 stops in most cases) to primary points of interest
