Very good location, very close to subway station of green line. Close to Naschmarkt. Old hotel, unfriendly staff, non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Nice hotel that needs to be fixed up to earn the 4 stars it says it is. The reception staff were pretty unfriendly (all of them). The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The breakfast was OK but not 4-star.
The location is very good, very close to a subway station of the green line that takes you right to the center or to Schönbrunn. Also close to Naschmarkt which is very nice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk to Naschmarkt on Saturday morning and see the flee market.
Take the green line to Schönbrunn and discover this magnificent castle. Or take the green line in the other direction and take a walk in the Stadtpark and then walk in to the center.
Take a Heurigen tour, they can book it in the reception.

Excellent location, near metro rail. Excellent cuisine. Noisy during breakfast for large groups of tourists After a long trip from US I found that the hotel was very well located for access to the Vienna metrorail system. The business line for quick registration is very useful and the concierge very kind. The cuisine is also excellent, rooms are silence. Close to typical Viennese restaurants in the area.

Good room, comfortable bed. Finally a shower that works properly. The staff is very courteous and very helpful, restaurant improvement. No Internet in the rooms, which is annoying. At breakfast we wanted to order a fried egg, it was not, we will have for the egg to another restaurant part, and put it back to our table to be. Impossible sowas. Shopping Tip : Naschmarkt and District 1 in the vicinity, can be reached on foot.
