they upgrade my room to a suit room, so nice, the room is about 60sqm, come with everything electrion control, very modern and new. I like new hotels. the staffs are friendly. Parking for free.

We were led to believe that the hotel was close to the railway station and reasonably central. Distance from everywhere was an issue and the hotel not catering for evening meals was not helpful. Also there was a lack of knowledge about what services were available in the general area.

This hotel is located near tram no. 71 line, so we could go in town from hotel by using tram around 10-15 mins. Around 5-10 mins walk from hotel to the tram station. There is supermarket near hotel, so we can visit there and buy local foods to eat and drink at the hotel, too.
The staffs get the professional services and could help us for any needed information. They get smile and warm welcome to us.
The room is great, clean and big bed with big sofa in the resting area. Bath tub is great and the toilet is separeated from the bathroom. We were enjoying very much during the time staying in this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get tram no. 71 only, it will direct to the town for shopping, sightseeing and eating. We can ask for the hot water pot (if need), they could provide to customer.

Clean hotel just a few stops from the city center

Overall, very clean and neat hotel that has just opened a few months ago. If you don't need any additional amenity, this hotel is great. Just be aware that there is no amenity that most 4* provide, such as tea facility, mini bar, room service, bottled shampoo, toothbrush, slipper, and bath robe, are not provided. I wish the hotel provide better quality shampoo/body lotion, rather than handing a big bottle to sqeeze.
Other than that, not much characteristic or uniqueness. I will consider this hotel as a second option during the high season.
Compare to the hotels in the city center with the similar standard, the rate was attractive. Although it was not in the city center, it's just about 10 minutes tram ride to the city center (tram #71). I did not find it very difficult to go back and forth but if you have children or elderly family member, this can be little hard. Staff were ok and wifi is provided so it was very useful. Looking for this hotel was quiet difficult becuase no one knows about it. I have mentioned an easy way to find this hotel in the travel tip section.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is a tram stop near to the hotel, so you can take tram #71 to and from the city center. If you are coming from the airport, it's more convenient to take a normal train, rather than CAT. Get off at Rennweg station and take #71 towards the south (opposite of city center) and get off on the station after a big T Mobile corporate building (you can't miss the pink sign!). The hotel is right next to T Mobile building and in front of Suzuki/Honda. If you take CAT, then you have to take another trip of tram/metro to come to Rennweg Station from Mitte Station.

Absolutely amazing stay in this modern, new hotel.
The only problem we experienced it the receptionist who was rather rude.
DO not consider taking breakfast in this hotel since it is very modest and WILL NOT meet you expectations. If you take the tramp and move to downtown you'll get for the half of money descent breakfast.
Overall, the hotel is great and VERY clean.
If you need a parking - you can easily find place in front of the hotel. Do not waist for hotel parking.
