故障していたドライヤーをすぐ直してくれました。
外の道路でスタッフとすれ違ったときにも、笑顔で返してくれた。

トイレ、お風呂がとても清潔感あふれる真っ白で統一されていて、特に、お風呂とトイレがカーテンではなく、透明で動くアクリル板で仕切られており、とても使いやすかったです。３月上旬でしたが、部屋は暖房を入れなくてもとても暖かかったです。部屋へ入ると、テレビに、welcomeメッセージと私の名前が表示されていて驚きました。ホテルのインフォメーションなど滞在するに必要な情報はテレビで知りました。６時半から頂けるビュッフェ形式の朝食は、毎日少しずつメニューが違っていたし、席に着くとコーヒーか紅茶かを尋ねてくれました。パンもたくさんの種類から選べたし、大好きな果物が豊富にあり、大変満足でした。ホテル角の道をまっすぐ北に１０分歩くだけでオペラ座に着くので、方向音痴の私でも、このホテルを起点にどこへでも簡単に行けました。スタッフはみな笑顔で親切、ドライヤーが壊れていたので、翌朝告げたら、観光から帰ってきたときには直っていました。しいて言えば、セイフティーボックスが、ダイヤル式だったら使ったと思います。部屋と同じカードキーを使う形式のものだったので、何となく不安で利用できませんでした。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
オペラ座方面に向かう途中に、スーパーマーケットが二つ、パン屋もあり、食べるには困らないと思います。スーパーで買った生ハム、チーズ、ラズベリー、パンなどどれも美味しかったですし、お土産もそこで買いました。フレーバーティの種類が豊富、チョコレートも沢山ありました。

お勧めのホテルです。
朝食が美味しい。スタッフが親切。無料でインターネットが使えるパソコンがある。

朝食込みのホテルで、コスト対効果が良い。
朝食は専用のダイニングでいただきますが、スタッフが優しくて、とても清潔できれいなダイニングで、気持ちよく一日を始める事ができました。
場所も地下鉄の駅、路面電車の駅が近く、オペラハウスも学友会館も徒歩でいける距離で便利でした。
部屋はそれなりでシンプルでしたが、天井は高いし、狭くは感じませんでした。
ただ、部屋に紅茶、緑茶ありましたが、コーヒーが無かったので、コーヒーを手軽に飲みたい方はインスタントコーヒーのようなものを持参したほうが良いかもしれません。
