Stay at the Best Western Tigra in December for the fairytale like Christmas market just round the corner. This 8 floor, 79 room property is located on a very quiet street in Vienna’s historical center and includes two historic buildings where Mozart holed up for the summer of 1773, composing six string quartets, marches, and the music for Thamos, King of Egypt. (15 one room apartments are available inn Mozart’s old digs.) Just a few minutes walk brings guests to the Vienna’s most famous sights: St. Stephen's Cathedral; Opera, Burgtheatre, and Townhall and the subway is only 100 meters from the door making excursions to all points a breeze. Rooms are spacious and clean with bathroom, flat screen satellite TV, internet access, and air conditioning in the main property. Restaurant and bar facilities. Buffet breakfast is included.

In a little distance from the subway station, at first difficult to understand.
