Great location, limited check in times

Good hotel but hard to check in outside of limited times - arrived to find hotel locked and took a long time to find the information and phone number to call as it was on a faded piece of paper above head height and in the dark. Once we did find the instructions they were very helpful when we called.
No sound proofing between the rooms or the hall so if you plan to sleep in beyond about 6am this is not a good choice.

Clean rooms but very noisy, a bit out of the way

this hotel is ok but i wouldn't call it a hotel, its more of a hostel/motel. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and its ok if you don;t have many options but it's a bit out of the way it was a bit of a hassle to get to the heart of vienna, not many cafe's of restaurants close by. the rooms were so noisy, the trams ran on the main road right outside the window and the reception is right in the middle of the rooms so at night people were coming through and making so much noise, it was like there was no insulation. the breakfast was very basic, not much variety and the breakfast room very small which wasn't a problem for us but if there were more people there you may struggle to get a seat. i don't think we would stay there again.

Pros: clean, provide breakfast, have wireless internet connection, close to old city, no air con. But have fan, good hospitality
Cons: far from train stations, no much variety in breakfast food, restaurant is very small and you may not find place to eat so you will wait and come back later.
In general it’s ok but we think it’s a hostel more than a hotel. if you have no problem with hostels then this is excellent otherwise it’s two or one star hotel( it’s a family business and not a hotel as described).

ビルの数フロアをホテルとして利用しているので、裏口のような入口に驚きましたが、セキュリティはばっちりなので安心です。内装もオシャレで寝心地も最高でした。ホテルといっても、スタッフは感じの良い若者が少人数でフロントを担当している程度なので、高いサービスを求める方には不向きかもしれませんが、価格重視の旅行者には充分です。
