Solo travelers Kuwait, June 01, 2012	Great location but small rooms very bad 4.7 very very bad i didn't sleep all the week and i want to make checkout befor the end of the week they told me we will charge all the week i don't know why so be careful every 1 from any hotel told u that its mean the hotel is not good this is Pension not hotel and its very noisy out said Shopping Tip: good shopping

Couples Japan, March 30, 2012	Great Location & Family Hospitality Great Location, Spacious Clean Room, Free Wifi 9.3 The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but only few minutes walk from the nearest metro. It takes only few minutes to the Vienna West station, as well as Stephanplatz station, so very good location. Neighborhood is a commercial district with many shops and restaurants. Nothing fancy, but basic needs are met. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. Free wifi worked perfectly. With a chandelier lighting, it was hard to believe that this was a B&B. We liked it so much, that we extended our stay for 1 extra day. For some negative aspects, we were asked to pay in cash because the credit card machine broke down, which was a bit disappointing. Also, there is a major renovation on the ground floor, for new shop opening, and it was noisy during the day. However, it was very quiet at night, so we had no trouble sleeping.
