Easy to find free shuttle bus, frequent departure times from hotel to airport, close to hotel and local area for dinning, helpfull staff
Hotel pillows, no fridge in room, not enough buffet breakfast foods supplied
The hotel was close to the airport, 5 minutes with the free shuttle bus. The shuttle bus desk was located outside the arrival doors at the airport. The staff where pleasant and helpfull, providing a map of the local area and where the good restaurants are located. There is coin operated internet computers. The only problems were minor, the pillows were small and lumpy and unfortunately we were there when a tour bus was also there. Due to the large group booking, there wasn't enough breakfast provided during the last breakfast hour.

Clean nice rooms-the shuttle to the airport was the reason we stayed there and that worked fine even at 4:00 AM. For the price a good choice.
Hard to get to, a 60 Euro taxi ride from Sudbahnhof.....1 Kilometer walk to the nearest restaurant.

GOOD ONLY IF YOU ARE DIRECTLY GOING TO FLY OUT OF VIENNA WITHOUT VISTING THE CITY
VERY COSTLY IN TERMS OF TRAVELLING IF YOU ARE GOING TO STAY THERE & HAVE PLAN FOR CITY SIGHTSEEING & VISIT. Desk clerk will say you can have Morning Breakfast from 04:45 hours, but the serving staff insist on to come only at 05:00. Staff co-ordination is need of the time.
Good room to stay. Clean place maintained and very good to stay if you prefer to stay only for the purpose on morning flight and bus for drop to airport is avaiable only at interval of half-hour.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Please don'y stay at this hotel with family, if you desire to have sightseeing visits to Vienna , to-fro travelling cost is more

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They all seemed to be Hungarian and got along like family with one another. The Shuttle Bus is free and very convenient
Although close to the airport, it is still a drive away in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast is ok but not too nutritional or varied.
We arrived after a delayed flight, quite late at night to realise our booking was for the following night. The lady who was working said there were no rooms and she couldn't help us. We had no idea what to do and were so tired, also not well. She offered to call a city hotel for us although this one was paid for. Not her fault of course. She seemed to be interested in Australian accents as we spoke with one another and perhaps our loss for what to do provoked compassion in her because she seemed to then find a room after asking us about Australia. It was honestly the most comfortable bed we slept in the whole trip and not just because we were tired. We woke the next morning grateful and although the breakfast wasn't too great, it was something and we jumped on the shuttle bus to the airport to then do some sight seeing into the city on the metro from there. Quite easy. The morning staff were even more helpful and we thought they were all very nice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The shuttle bus is great and get a room away from the morning dining area if you wish to not be woken

Close to VIE, clean and efficient, convenient shuttle to airport from the hotel.
Hard to get shuttle bus from hotel to airport, soundproofing of rooms was bad.
We stayed at the hotel the night before our flight from VIE to CDG. It was difficult to get the shuttle to go from the airport to the hotel, no clear pickup point and you pretty much have to go around the airport for this information. Once we finally got taken to the hotel, it was better. The room was clean, though the double bed was small, and soundproofing was substandard. Going back to the airport from the hotel was very easy by shuttle.

Close to airport, clean rooms, airport shuttle
smoking on the hallway and reception area
Close, close, close … and did I mention very convenient to the airport with nice buffet breakfast and clean rooms? Hotel provide shuttle to the airport. Bathrooms are nice size and also very clean. All people at the reception speak English and are very polite and helpful. Plenty of parking spaces for your rental car.

Clean, close to train station, plentiful breakfast.
Occasionally noisy. Tour groups.
This hotel costs about half of what the hotels in the city cost. The train station is only 15 minutes walking and costs only 3.40 euros (buy a 2-zone ticket) and takes only 30 minutes to city center. The staff is friendly and speak English. The breakfast and coffee are good and plentiful. And it starts early at 5.00.
There is a little wear on the hotel, such as some chipped countertops. But it is clean.
Travel tip : Take the free shuttle to the hotel from airport. Look for the C & K shuttle. If you are charged for the return trip (10 euros), just take the train instead. It's only one stop and costs 1.70.
