Overall was good
The reception and telephone operator was not done their jobs properly. Very difficult to contact to the hotel phone number.

So far everything was nice. Room and food was good and area was not so far from city center. Only the telephone operator was poor.

Overall clean and satisfactory, but negative details did not favour the hotel. Eg the curtains in our room were too small to close across the window, the spanish owned hotel had no spanish TV channel, lack of WIFI in rooms, which meant that many laptop users congragated at reception - several sitting on the floor to access internet, no eggs at breakfast etc.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Tram is well located outside the hotel, but service is infrequent.

トラムを使えば駅からの距離も気にならない。料金とホテルのグレードの値ごろ感が非常に良い。インターネットもフリーで大変評価できる。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
ホイリゲにホテル前の44番トラムにのり、38番で終点まで行きました。
非常に便利で楽しい夜でした。

조용하며 선택된 다락방의 창문으로 하늘을 볼 수 있었으나 트램역에서 다소 외진곳에 위치함.

호텔은 조용한편이었으나 주변에 클럽과 다소 어두운 거리 그리고 지하철역에서 다소 떨어진 외진곳에
위치함. 내부 객실은 대체적으로 깨끗했으며 배정된 다락방은 하늘로난 창문으로 주변 건물들 지붕과 하얀눈을
볼 수 있었음.

去维也纳旅行时住的，连锁酒店，一如既往的装修风格。
很干净，房间也宽敞，唯独浴室不是淋浴房，不习惯。
前台服务态度很好，还帮我换钱和寄明信片。
地段一般，需要从市中心坐几站地铁，但是价格公道，去火车站倒是很方便。
