Offering 95 room designer rooms in bright yellow and orange with bright wood furniture, the Falkensteiner Am Schottenfeld has a modern sense of style and design suitable for modern business travelers and tourists alike. The property offers 91 rooms and 4 suites all equipped with excellent large bathrooms to soothe after a hard day of meeting or visiting the attractions of nearby city center Vienna, only 10 minutes away. (The very chic bathrooms have no windows to the outside, but ones looking towards the bedroom.) A well attended foyer, business and convention conference rooms, internet access, a restaurant and large bar, sauna, solarium, steam bath, and fitness room are all available to the guest. Rooms are equipped with a small desk arrangement and internet access.

Good clean rooms, roomy and tastefully decorated, great value for money. A little off nearest subway/tram station. A/C not that great. Bar/resturent can be better. The room I stayed was the loft double. It was tastefully decorated with good finishing. Nice big bed with really nice bathrooms. It was excellent value for money. I was not very thrilled as most of the 4* propertly in Europe are really 2/3* quality but this one was a pleasent surprise. There are good resturents and supermarkets nearby.
Nightlife Tip : Lots of topless bars/studios nearby as I walked around to explore...not sure how good they are as I did not venture in :-)
