the hotel is located only four train stops away from the main train station and after getting from off from the train, its about seven minutes walk to the hotel. helpful staff who were patient enough to answer our multiple questions.

the hotel located about 4 stations from westbanhof train station in real quiet location. take about 20-30 mins with one change to reach karlplatz (opera house) which is the center of vienna. quite convenient. hotel is also in the pick-up service list for the city tour.
breakfast is between 7-10am. we asked to add breakfast for day before check-in. breakfast is really good, variety and delicious. around the hotel, there are mc donald, thai restaurant and kebab.
at the hotel, there is no money exchange service but there is a bank nearby where you can change the money (bank is also closed during lunch time)
the hotel has elevator but no air condition, wireless, hair-dryer, shampoo and conditioner service in the room. you can ask lan cable and borrow hair-dryer from the reception but limited number.wifi service is available at the lobby.
matress is a little bit soft.

Hotel can help contact local tour for sightseeing and pick-up service is available. Quite convenient

Good Place to stay when you travel to Vienna

One of my friend recommend me to stay at this hotel with so many good reasons.
And I've found that it's all true ;
- Good location ; easy to go around by U6 (Alser Strasse) or Tram No.43
- Free Wifi (at the lobby) and LAN in the room.
- Clean and Neat facilities in room.
- A lot of electric plug for many purpose of your electronic stuffs to be charged.
- Friendly and polite staff
- Store room to leave you luggage and go around unworriness.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
very easy from this hotel to go to City Center as "Stephanplatz" by Tram No.43
or by U6 at Alser Strasse to Westbanhof and change to U3 to Stephanplatz.
If you don't wanna go too far, near by this hotel also have a lot of choice for you to find foods.
Like Thai Top restaurant / Bakery / Kebab. So many good things you can select.

Close to nearest metro, decent size of bathroom and room is spacious

We booked a double room and got the biggest room we ever stayed during our trip around europe.
We have two double bed! I think this room is big enough for 4 persons. Receptionist is very helpful
And friendly. Too bad wifi is only available in the lobby but it's free.
Location is close to the metro but there is nothing to do in the surrounding area. Breakfast is additional charge and it's standard breakfast.

I liked here very much. Very clean, and modern decoration. But we had to change the room in our second day, and the previous room was much better. But so far, it was the best hotel out of my whole trip!
