Great Location

we spent 3 nights here.The standard room was beautiful.Fabulous bathroom.Perfectly situated.Service and friendliness of staff was A1.Breakfast excellent. Could not complain about anything.Would recommend to anyone.

Very nice hotel without helpful staff
Clean, spacious and great restaurants
Gave us the wrong room and never answered any querries with a smile or helpfulness
We arrived very late and got the wrong room. When we told them, they answered in an unkind way and did not offer to change our room until possibly the next day (which they did do)

Fabulous Hotel in every way except for the concier
Clean & spacious rooms, Delicious French restaurant, Fabulous location within walking distance of Stattsoper/ Musikverein/Subway/tram/and all the other sights within the Ring, good room service, everything you would expect from a 5star hotel.
I was perfectly aware that both are within walking distance, however when I went to the booths, the outer doors to both the buildings were closed and I could not see the opening hours of the ticket booth inside, exactly as I had suspected. I had to call a travel agency myself and check. In a 5 star hotel in any other city, I would not have had to go through this inconvenience, as the concierge would already know or could check with one telephone call these minor details about two of the most popular tourist attractions in the city. I was very disappointed that I had to experience this complete waste of time in what little time I had to enjoy Vienna. The concierge should keep in mind that many tourists are in a rush and need to make full use of their time in order to enjoy the city as much as possible.

Gorgeous Hotel in Old Town Vienna
Location, cleanliness, service, dining, atmosphere
Very minor...no top sheet on bed..just a too warm down comforter
The Grand is just that..Grand. The common areas are marble and granite in warm golds, yellows and siennas. There is an outside cafe as well as an inside section with a piano player. Le Ciel, for French dining, had exceptional service and also piano playing. The Japanese restraurant was closed for updating. But, there is also a sushi bar that is casual. There is twice a day housekeeping (with turn down service) and the room was very clean. We had a "Exceptonal" level room that was had a king bed, fine furniture, crown molding ceiling and was done in celadon greens and creams. There was a seperate room for the 2 large closets (that lit when opened). The double sinked bath was marble and granite with gold plated fixtures and had a soaking tub/shower with heated towel bars. It is a very comfortable hotel within walking distance of Old Town, the opera and shopping. All we needed a cab for was our dinner dining choices.

Location of this hotel is excellent. Many places of interest in Vienna are within walking distance. The exterior and interior decoration of this this hotel match their five star status. My hotel room was also very clean and luxurious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our experience at Grand Hotel was a very pleasant one. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Küche, Terasse, Japanisches Restaurant Unkai, Lage, Zustand im Hotel, Bett und Kissen, Badausstattung
Klimaanlage (in unserem Zimmer schaltete sie sich permanent an und ab) und Licht im Zimmer (Beleuchtung schaltet sich nachts von alleine an, Lichteinstellung in Bad und WC sehr kompliziert und Gesamtbeleuchtung schwach, auch zum Lesen im Bett)), Fernbedienung des TV/DVD schwach, Tageslichteinfall in unserem Zimmer schwach.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, könnte aber in zwei Bereichen verbessert werden: Schinken ist sehr fett, Wurstangebot relativ schwach. Auch das Nachfüllen muss besser werden. Zum Teil waren alle Käse, Wurst, Schinken und Lachs Platten leer oder entfernt um nachgefüllt zu werden. Die Platten sind zu klein. Der Käse verklebt.

Wi Fi環境が今ひとつ(遅い)以外は、とても快適でした。
清潔。バスルームが広くて使いやすい。ベッドなど設備が上質。
ホテルはとても便利なところで、観光(ツアー集合場所)、ショッピング、レストランへのアクセスにとてもお勧めです。 館内、客室どこも綺麗で、設備もとても充実しています。 Wi Fiの接続状況が今ひとつ遅く、時々途切れ困った以外はともてバリューのあるホテルだと思います。 ビジネス用に適した高速インターネットは9.99 ユーロ/日の有料との事。

立地も施設も完ぺき!
素晴らしいお部屋です。
オペラ座から近く、路面電車のアクセスも良く、リング内で立地がすごく良い割に、値段も割安感があり、他の5星ホテルよりも安いのでは?と思います。
