The room was clean and the shower was strong with lots of hot water. The breakfast was good/typical with the staff being very friendly. The hotel is out of the center but once you learn your way around it is very convenient. The front desk staff could have been more helpful. This is a very good value hotel in Vienna. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel, especially of our guest room. The shower and towels provided were particularly good. The breakfast was typical for Europe with breads, meat and cheese plus a fresh pot of tea at your table by request. At first we thought we were way out of the center but once we learned our way around we realized it was only about a 15 minute walk. On this the front desk could have been more helpful, when asked for a map we were just pointed to a display rack. At other hotels I've had them voluntarily show me the map, our location and how to get to points of interest. But overall a very pleasant stay.

My room and bed were comfortable, a kettle and tea were provided. The bathroom had a bath and shower, everything was clean. The heating was satisfactory. An excellent buffet breakfast was included . The staff were pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel which was very clean with a comfortable room. My privacy was respected and Staff were pleasant and helpful.The highlight of my stay was each morning when I enjoyed a delicious breakfast, fresh rolls, cold cuts,fruit, yoghurt etc. And always a friendly smile from the head waitress.
Travel tip : A first class delicateson, come eatery close by.

it is located quite close to the ring, the rooms are a not very modern but clean. the breakfast is rich and satisfying. Bedbugs!!! (see below)
the bathroom was not pretty with some old brown and green tiles. it also had only basic supplies like hand soap and body wash. you'd expect at least a shower cap from a 4 star hotel.
the room was very small and the tv had only 16 channels and only 2 were in English (i guess 1 was in french) we stayed there for 2 nights only and on the last night got bitten by Bedbugs!!! since it was on xmas break it couldn't be mosquito or some other insects. we're nice shy guys who spent the break in museums and in the hotel - it could only be Bedbugs in the hotel! we didn't realize it initially so we didn't talk to the management about it but now we're going to write to them.
the next day after leaving the hotel we counted circa 50 bites on each of us and they were extremely itchy. the bites would even line up with only a few millimeters between them on the body side we slept on. we got 2 single beds instead of one double bed so apparently the bastards were in both beds.
the bottom line - the hotel is old and supposedly well maintained but they can't hide its real condition. except for the breakfast, it felt like a hostel so you might be better off looking for on. after all there many sweet cafes with cheap breakfast.
also the management said the hotel is normally packed because of its location and price so they can't always meet you preferences. ours weren't.
Travel tip : when we're tires or the weather is bad we buy street car tickets and go on long and cheap sightseeing tours. often the street cars take you to very interesting and unusual places.

It is a good hotel and i want to go to this hotel again. It's not noisy and not bad, but location of hotel is not good as it's far from the center. You must take taxi to go to center. Good room. Good food. Beautiful lobby. I will go to the hotel again.

Friendly Staff and very nice and comfortable room. Location is a distance from the underground station. A bit difficult to find too. The is a very nice hotel and we had an enjoyable stay. The staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is great. The rooms are spacious enough and very comfortable. This hotel provide good value for money and if I ever go back to Vienna I will certainly stay in this hotel again.

When in Vienna, do try to book in here. An excellent hotel in an excellent locality that extends a very comfortable degree of hospitality.

Very clean, well situated, in accordance with nice staff. Just a Best Western chain. Rooms rather small, but the price accordingly. Actually, the Best Western hotels are not as favorable as this one. A search engine has proposed Luckily, the hotel harmony. A nice entrance suggests a pleasant ambiance. Both staff and the room itself confirm the conjecture. A public bus in close proximity to facilitate any activity. Gratis Internet is not possible.

courtesy of ERSONNEL clean rooms breakfast the hotel I especially liked the courtesy of staff, clean rooms and breakfast cereals, cakes, fruit salad fruit, eggs, meats, cheeses, etc.. The hotel is well connected to the center of Vienna by tram or metro. E 'in a quiet street, a little heavy. Our stay was very pleasant!
