the stay itself is good, but few things were annoying, like the noise on the street till late night, as it is the main street of vienna (Kaertner strasse). Though not exactly hotel's fault, they can do better job of insulating the rooms

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful old hotel which is located in the middle of the shopping area and close to the Opera House.
The staff were very helpful and friendly . In every way the hotel exceeded our expectations.

i can't imagine a better location for visiting tourist sites in vienna. easy to run back to hotel at any moment for a break.
staff is smart and helpful, never a negative reply, managed all my requests including tourist questions and reservations for activities.
hotel has nice new bathrooms, yet retains that historical feeling in the public areas and in the rooms.
did not eat in hotel so not comments on food.
