Location 5.3 Horrible service when asked to empty minibar so we could use it to put our own groceries since we are there for 4 nights. Limited room service menu. The rooms are much older than the photos which show the rooms looking fresh! Also I got yelled at when I asked them to empty the mini bar :s Restaurant Tip: Durum from down the road is a wise takeaway choice for late night snacks since the room service only has overpriced ham.

Groups Germany, June 29, 2009	angenehmer Aufenthalt gute Lage, ruhig, freundlicher Service 3 Eigentlich ist schon viel gesagt, das Hotel ist durchaus empfehlenswert, zumal die Lage, in einer ruhigen Straße mit zu Fuß erreichbarer Innenstadt als hervorragend zu bezeichnen ist. Auch die unmittelbare Nähe ist ansprechend. Der Service ist aufmerksam, höflich, dabei nicht zudringlich aber immer freundlich. Frühstück und Bar-Angebot ist gut. Alles in Allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und auf jeden Fall auch weiter empfehlen.
