The hotel design is gorgeous and historical. The location is very convenience for us to walk around. Also located near the underground. Easy to travel around. The service is very nice. Concierge is very nice. They can recommend me everything i need. All the hotel service is good. But the only thing I feel upset is their stereo is too old, the sound is not good. But that's not a big deal! Overall of the hotel is good.

Sehr imposantes Romantik-Hotel in zentraler Lage.
Durch die tolle Ausstattung mit viel Marmor und Prunk wird man um 100 Jahre zurück versetzt.

das restaurant wirkt kalt und auf uns bestimmt nicht einladend, dafür bietet die stadt wien aber mehr als ausreichend ausgleich! viel spass!

オペラ劇場の前、繁華街のカールスプラッツ駅から至近という抜群のロケーションでした。重厚な建築物のホテルで、部屋の内装も素敵でした。ただ、私の泊まった部屋は景観も悪く、部屋も狭かったです。
