Excellent value for money

Rooms were clean, comfortable and well heated. There is a TV & safe in the room, along with a table fan (if it gets too warm). The room does not have a kettle (need to request hot water from reception) or iron (need to use the iron in the laundry room). Free wifi is available throughout the hotel.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. I booked a single room, but received a free upgrade to a double. Reception was manned 24 hours. The buffet breakfast was basic, but satisfying - consisting of bacon/sausage, eggs, a selection of good breads and cheeses as well as cereal.
Hotel location is also good, near an underground and tram station. The city center is only 2 or 3 stops away by underground. There is a decent selection of diners and stores in the vicinity.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel faces a main road and also the construction site of a large, new railway station. Request for a "quiet room" when making a booking so that you can get a room that faces away from the front of the hotel.

location near metro and Wien Sudbahnhof, A 10 minute walk along a well-lit main street.

Convenient location to Sudbahnhof, for our early morning train departure for Bratislava, Slovakia. Great breakfast, although we didn't have time to sit down and eat it. We took some bread and cheese and apples and ate them in the train instead.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Convenient location to metro and Wien Sudbahnhof, yet a quiet hotel. The evening clear was hospitable and welcoming, even though we arrived around midnight.

hotel congress is a block from suedtirolerplatz so it is easy to travel about vienna. hotel staff told us we would have a quite room on the backside of the hotel so we were not bothered with street noises. the desk clerk was happy to call the sightseeing bus company and confirm our day trip to budapest. hotel congress is one of the hotels that the bus comes to to pick up passengers for sightseeing. the breakfast was ample with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, yogurt and cereals. all in all, our stay was a pleasant experience and we would return again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you are pressed for time as we were, take a sightseeing bus for a day tour of Budapest.

this hotel is very near from metro station and trams.
outlooking of this hotel is not very good, but inside is no problem.
unfortunately, inside of room is hot in these days, but it is same as other hotels in vienna.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Vienna is the traditional capital of Empire. So, atmosphor of the city, including archetectues and buildings are completely different from other city. It is biggest advantage of this city, I believe.

The hotel experience was overall good. Pleasant people and a spotlessly clean room with a comfortable bed. The location was close to public transportation and I had purchased a pass for the public transportation system so this was the only requirement. There there were also interesting places within walking distance like art galleries. The only minus was that the Internet in the lobby never worked.-

- very cheap price you've ever find in Austria.
- near LKH (Landes Krankenhaus) or city Hospital
- many green area surrounding hotel

I went to Graz to have a short course in LKH . I can walk from my hotel to the hospital without any transportation. It took 20 min- walk. If you want to stay here with the nice surounding nature , moutain , quiet and private , you should consider here. Some staff are also the student ,they are realy nice. They have the kitchen almost everyfloor , you can cook something there also.
I'd not call it as hotel but it's like the student dormitory with the cleaning service .
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if you want to go into Center area which have many restaurant , Cultural bilding , Palace , Church or visit the old part of city , you can buy the 1 times ticket (tram, bus,etc) for 1.90 euro , 1 week ticket around 10.9 euro.
The city (center) is really nice , they also have the walk-service tour to see the city.

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber, den Straßenlärm konnte man kaum hören und das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Das Hotel ist zum angebotenen Preis auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Freundlicher hilfsbereiter Empfang mit Detailkenntnissen von Wien. Zimmer nicht sehr geräumig und zur Straße sehr laut, wenn das Fenster geöffnet wurde. Es war erforderlich, das Zimmer zu öffnen, da das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatte. Auch der eingebaute Kühlschrank kühlte den Inhalt nicht genügend ab. Sanitärraum war sehr sauber und gut gereinigt. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.
