Nice hotel with good public transport network
price, location, public transport, helpful english speaking staff

very well organized hotel with a lot of helpful information. no communication problem as the staffs speak english perfectly. very good public transport network where you can take the 48/46 tram to the metro station or directly to the old city centre.
Restaurant Tip:
A very nice greek restaurant is just 2 blocks down the hotel. They serve good food in nice environment with really competitive price. Their staff are also very friendly and helpful.

We were very comfortable at this hotel, found it to be quiet and clean, but it is located far enough from the city center that if you don't know Vienna well, you might have trouble with navigation. That said, the public transportation in Vienna is so good that if you get a good map, you can take the buses or trains to get anywhere you need to go. Just takes a good tour guide (we had a friend along who knew the city) or a good map.

受付ロビーの傍に2台のPCが自由に使用することができる

ホテルは地下鉄U3の最終駅Ottakringから徒歩15分程のところでした。ホテルは古い感じでした。まず受付のお姉さんはあまり愛想がよく無かったです。エレベーターは引き戸を自分で開いて箱に入り、箱自体には扉が無いタイプのものでした。部屋は小さなテレビがありますが冷蔵庫はありません。シャワールームはお湯はでますが排水は悪いです。部屋自体は清潔でした。受付ロビーの傍に2台のPCがあり自由にインターネットをすることができました。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
最寄の駅はU3のOttakring駅でそこまではバスかトラムを利用できます。トラムではそのままシティーまで行くこともできます。少しシティーから離れているので時間はかかります。U3で3つ目の駅（Johonstr）からシェーンブルン宮殿に行くことができます。トラムでも可能です。
