classical elegance in the heart of old vienna
this is a gorgeously decorated and appointed classic style hotel about 5 minutes from everything you would want to see .

almost everyone who is anyone stays at the imperial and it is easy to see why. the hotel is very beautiful and is sited in an ideal spot on the ringstrasse.
we found the staff to be very helpful and courteous and they made a great difference to the quality of the stay. the restaraunt produces an excellent breakfast and the maria theresa bar has a great ambience and is a pleasant place to socialise in the evening.
overall a great hotel in which to capture the vienna spririt at christmas.
in the year 2012 it is unusal and slightly annoying to be paying for wi-fi in the room. the absence of tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms seems slightly odd, and again just a tad annoying.
overall, not enough to detract from the pleasant stay.

An excellent venue with a stunning interior that conjured up images of luxury from a bygone era. Well run, friendly but with formality inkeeping with the atmosphere. Rooms are well appointed in traditional style. Breakfast and dinner of a high standard.Positioned in walking distance to many of Vienna's main attractions.We would go back.
Travel tip:
Belvidere and Sucession art galleries partcularly to see Klimt.

新婚旅行にぴったりのホテルでした。部屋の扉は大きいし、天井が高くて驚きっぱなし！建物が立派で、接客・サービスも○。カフェテリアもレストランも最高でした！

フロントやレストランの応対など、やや慇懃無礼的な気配もちらほらするものの、総合的には素晴らしいサービスです。
部屋に関しては申し分無し。シャワーの湯量も十分であり、文句のつけようが無い。
朝食だけはいただけない・・。パンがパサパサで、ヨーロッパで食べたパンの中で一番不味かった。外に出てカフェで朝食を取ったほうが良い。ビュッフェの品揃えもチープ。案内された席も狭すぎてゆっくり食事ができなかった。

全体的にはまあまあいい感じのホテルでした。
食べ物はおいしかったです。
スタッフの対応もまあまあ満足しています。
ホテルは小さめですが設備はまあまあちゃんとしています。
デラックスで部屋を予約しましたが狭かったのでもっと広い部屋じゃないと荷物を広げて片付けなどできませんでしたね。

ホテル建物に入った時、その伝統の重みと格式の高さを感じました。
しかし対応される、フロントマンを始めとするスタッフ各位は
皆親切で、とても好感が持てました。
レストランで夕食を頂きましたが、雰囲気味共申し分ありませんでした。特に海老のスープは絶品でした。
伝統ある格式の高いホテルには、洗練された教育を受け、真心こもったサービスを当たり前のごとく提供するホテルマンが数多くいらっしゃることを実感いたしました。

Очень внимательный и вышколенный персонал, готовы помочь во всем и сразу, очень красивый, прекрасно сохраненный интерьер, отличные постели, удобный и достаточный свет, прекрасный завтрак с натуральными продуктами. Империал-это тот редкий случай, когда можно совершить путешествие во времени, не испытавая жалости о том, что утрачена былая роскошь. Посещение этой гостинницы уже само по себе событие!
