Ashley C. Couples Taiwan, December 14, 2012	Great location and new rooms Warm services 8.3 We stayed there for 1 night only but the experience was great. We especially love the shower room as its very new and clean with strong water pressure which is critical during winter. Hotel is easy to reach from subway station. The reception is very friendly. We had to leave early the nxt day and they prepared a breakfast box for us to take away which is very considerate! The only thing we don't like is that the room we stayed ( they hv different designs for every room) is not bright enough even when we turned on all lights there and our window was facing to the wall of the nxt building, I guess. Overall, the experience is positive!
Kei F. Couples Japan, October 08, 2012	地下鉄駅の側で、部屋もおしゃれでキレイ最近リノベートされて部屋はとてもきれい 7.7 地下鉄カールスプラッツ駅から徒歩数分のところにあるので、どこに行くにも便利。建物自体は古いですが、客室は2011年にリノベートされたということで、部屋はおしゃれで、とてもキレイです。バスルームは若干狭いですが、許せる狭さだと思います。 WiFi も部屋でサクサクつながりました。

Groups Japan, May 06, 2011	スタッフの対応に感謝☆ ロケーションも良く、何よりスタッフの対応が最高でした。 8 　予約していたシャトルバスが来ず、何の連絡もなくて困っていた私たちに対して、受付スタッフの対応が非常に協力的で、親身になってくれて、最高でした。　チェックアウト後にも関わらず、バス会社への問い合わせ、他の交通手段の提案、ホテル探し（Sherminがその日は満室だったため他のホテルを探してくれた）など、1時間近く付きっきりで対応してくれ、色々な提案をしてくれました。　強行スケジュールを組んでいて、その日の移動が飛ぶと相当痛く焦っていたのですが、このスタッフのおかげで気持ちが楽になり、本当に感謝です。　結局1時間以上遅れてバスがピックアップに来たため、事なきを得ましたが、バスのスタッフにも苦言を呈してくれたし、一緒になって喜んでくれ、感激しました。　ホテル自体は値段相応のそれなりのホテル、といった感じですが、メインエリアまで徒歩圏内、ロケーションは良いです。
