Couples Bulgaria, December 09, 2012	Excellent hotel at great location big luxury hotel with all services on the inner ring of vienna downtown 9 The hotel was excelent as expected for the stars and category. Everything was just fine. The only problem was that the hotel did not pay attention on my additional requests made with the reservation. Hotel Feature Tip: The concierge service is great and lifesaving. He can really help you with everything - from tickets to cultural events, guidance on site-seeing and museums, to recommendation and booking a table at the nicest restaurants.
