The hotel was excelent as expected for the stars and category.
Everything was just fine.
The only problem was that the hotel did not pay attention on my additional requests made with the reservation.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The concierge service is great and lifesaving. He can really help you with everything - from tickets to cultural events, guidance on site-seeing and museums, to recommendation and booking a table at the nicest restaurants.

It was an extremely comfortable stay. City shopping is just a stone throw away. Musuems are also located around the hotel. Will choose this hotel if I'm in Vienna again.
