We spend our Christmas Holidays at the Hotel and were very happy with the professional attitude of staff. Hotel is also well suited for kids since rooms are spacious.

Brilliant location

The K+K Hotel Maria Theresia is in a brilliant location, close to the U-Bahn, Shops, Restaurants and Christmas markets. The room was a generous size and spotlessly clean with nice toiletries, but no robe and slippers, which would have been nice to have. The best thing about the hotel is definitely the breakfast buffet - it's huge, with a great choice of cereals, meats, juices, fruits, pastries... the list goes on and on!
Overall, a great hotel in a great location. There is nothing stand out about the hotel (it's not quirky, or boutique), but nothing to disappoint either!

Good location and Friendly staff
All staffs work very friendly and nice manner.

Room is wide enough and well equipped. Full breakfast is very good quality. If possible, suggest to renovate the room door as there as no chain. also, the door bang! bang! so noise in early morning to disturb sleep.

Slightly off centre location, friendly staff.
good size double room, well fitted bathroom (smallish), good breakfasts, some interesting local specialist shops

Hotel just inside inner city area, behind Museum Quarter and 5 mins walk from Volkstheater metro station. Supposed to be lively arts area, but limited restaurants around hotel, all very close, none very special. 4th floor room on outside of hotel building had noisy two way tram lines outside. Started early and ended late, also late night revellers wandering up and down streets below could be a nuisance. Hotel room had no air con outside summer months, so opening the window to all the street noise not a good idea. (Weather still warm at end of October). Bar and lounge area on ground floor looked inviting and well stocked for drinks and snacks, although we didn't try it. Handbasin in bathroom was slow to drain away and needed attention. Otherwise good wardrobe and dressing space, well stocked mini bar and kettle for hot drinks. However, there was no English language European tv news station, just CNN. Therefore no regular weather forecast ! !
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Dorotheum auction house (and sales rooms), worth a visit as housed in old palace, (central). Also Hapsburg furniture collection - excess to requirements ! Many period room sets in huge warehouse setting, up to and including 20C furniture

Lovely hotel with good location
Comfortable, clean rooms. Good location. Great breakfast. Great staff in general (always the odd exception)

enjoyed staying at the k+k. the only disadvantage was the fact that the rooms were too hot and there was no option of putting the ac on, which made for a not very comfortable sleep.

there was a small problem with the reservation upon arrival, however the owner handled the problem promptly and with grace. the hotel rooms were very comfortable. there was wifi, however the coverage was sketchy. all in all, i would return for the comfortable rooms and the bountiful and delicious breakfasts.

Wonderful location!!
Definitely location, location and location. The room is very clean and comfortable. Overall hotel atmosphere is nice and quick service in the breakfast.

enjoyed staying in the hotel for 3 nights. the location was above expectation and we appreciated its accessibility to any touristic places. a room was more spacious than we expected and comfortable. we could enjoy a good sleep in the bed!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I definitely stay again if I have another chance to visit Vienna.

Superb hotel with attentive and helpfull staff

Good selection at breakfast, helpfull front desk staff and barman. Also helped with the romantic weekend I was looking for, neatly arranged the petals on the bed for my girlfriend.
Shopping Tip:
They don't lie when they say shops are shut on a sunday, everything closed, Luckily a lot of good museums in the area.

Excelente servicio y ubicación
En el barrio de mos museios, se puede ir andando al centro de la ciudad muy cerca metros yt ranvias.

Buen hotel. Excelente ubicación, se puede ir andando a los principales museos, la ópera y las calles más comerciles. Barrio tranquilo con muchos y buenos restaurantes alrededor. Nos recomendaros La Boheme, a cinco minutos del hotel y comimos estupendamente. Buena relación calidad precio. Un diez en la limpieza y la atención del personal. El tamaño de la habitación correcto, eramos tres adultos y la cama supletoria era amplia y muy cómoda, cosa que no siempre sucede en todos los hoteles. En resumen. Muy recomendable.
