Super friendly service, good location
Great room service, proximity to inner stadt and very easy metro access

Everything was great, we only had one annoying problem when we ordered room service and they came to our room about 5 times confused about payment, as we had left a cash deposit instead of a credit card. However, they were always super polite and the food itself was lovely. As people who have worked service jobs during Christmas before, we really appreciated how helpful and kind the staff were the whole time.

wow...everything is within walking distance!! we were smack in the middle for 5 xmas markets and walking distance to the museum quarter and the spanish riding school. supermarket in walking distance as well.the concierge at the hotel is so helpful and knowlegable, we were moving around like locals within a day!
though our bedroom is without a view but it was so comfortable it really doesn't matter
Restaurant Tip:
go for the veal schnitzel not pork!!
go shopping in maria hilfiger strass!!
go try happy buddha restaurant, you will not regret it
veal is so cheap, it is amazing so bring a cool bag and bring some home!!

Great location, good gym
nice gym to maintain my regular fitness routine.

The location, very close to the opera house, makes it 's very easy to go everywhere.
Friendly staff, warm and nice room.
The pool was very nice with warm jacuzzi, but quite packed during the peak hours.
