Couples United States of America, August 19, 2012	Ok Hotel, Walking distance to attractions 6 we stayed here for three nights, the location was great, they serve breakfast which is somewhat rare in european hotels. staff is very friendly, this is somewhat of a family owe hotel and service it seems like. the hotel itself was not very inspiring, it is in a very old building which is not very lighted. it is an apartment complex and one of the floors is used as a hotel. the lift is pretty dirty and there are two entrances to the building. the back entrance leads us to the street to walk to the underground, but again very dark and my wife was not willing to enter or exit here, kind of scary, and the building residents store their trash cans here. overall good location, good price, good staff and wi-fi included but we would not stay here again because of the condition of the building.

Olga R. Couples Russia, October 16, 2009	Vienna Lerner Pension Oct 2009 staying The hotel is situated perfectly - in the centre of Vienna, 5-10 min walk from Stefansplatz and the historical places. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly, the quality and service is the best you can get for this price. 10 The lady who received us(she is either the owner or the chief administrator) was very friendly and helpful, provided the perfect service, and spoke very good english. She kindly helped us to order the train tickets through the internet and advised us on the good restaurants and the breakfast was perfect. The room was always clean and the toilet (we didn't have one in the room) was only for our room, which was very comfortable. We liked everything - the situation, the type of building, the hotel itself. Restaurant Tip: Esterhasykeller - is a very nice and authentic place near the hotel - the beer is good and the apfelstrudel is very tasty.
