Good location. Short walk to center. Great breakfast buffet. Very comfortable bed. No coffeemaker in the room. They did not give us the appropriate room for the rate we paid from the beginning - had to request an exchange. I paid the \"business\" rate to get my wife a view of the park for her birthday weekend. The first room that they gave me was on the first floor, overlooking a rooftop and facing other buildings, so I went back and exchanged for what I should have gotten - on the fifth floor and at least with some kind of view to the park. So, watch the \"bait and switch\" routine. Very limited English tv channels - only news. Otherwise, it's a nice experience.
Restaurant Tip : Salm Braueri just up the road on the way to the center... Eat There.

beautiful, modern room; incredibly comfortable bed; great fitness room/sauna location is not great for tourists; front desk staff could be friendlier the lindner was very nice. i wasn't playing tourist, so the location didn't bother me, but i wouldn't stay here if you wanted to be conveniently close to the sights. the rooms were clean, modern, and very zen-like. a few of the staff at the front desk were a bit snooty and unhelpful (like when i was having problems with the wifi and needed assistance) but overall the experience was great. the hotel also features a really nice, clean fitness room/authentic (i.e. very hot) sauna which was lovely and not crowded at all.
Restaurant Tip : there's a billa (grocery store) about 2 blocks north of the hotel if you'd rather not spend your euro in the mini bar.

well-furnished rooms Room size ok, great breakfast, great location Room should be better staubgewischt Nice hotel in great location. In 10 minutes you are walking on St. Stephen's Cathedral, right next to the beautiful Belvedere Palace. The rooms are beautifully decorated, quiet and stylish. Especially the breakfast buffet is excellent. Parking is either (in the garage of the hotel is not cheap) or too easily for free around the hotel on the road. And price is the Lindner is an absolute recommendation! Thank you for the great time.
