Mercure Imlauer Wien Hotel, Vienna

There are so many things that i would like to describe about this hotel. Firstly, the hotel should not get the 4-star hotel. It should be described as 2-star hotel only. The hotel does not have bell boy service. We have to carry our luggage to our room by ourself. The elevator is very old. it's still using the old model that we need to manually open the door. Also, when we come out of the elevator, we need to carry our luggage up the stairs because the elevator just stop half floor. The room is smelly. The staff service is not good. The bed is very poor quality. We got backache after we slept for 2 nights. We actually pay for 4 nights but we spent only 2 nights here because we cannot stay in this hotel anymore. we cannot sleep at night because there is a construction in front of the hotel in the early morning. The room rate also very expensive. They charge us almost the same as 5 star hotel. BUT the quality of the hotel is very poor. I do not recommend anyone to come to this hotel. very poor and many things need to improved.
